Tuition and Financial Aid at Poly
Investing in an independent school education is an important decision that requires planning and consideration. We understand family concerns about affordability and are here to assist you as you plan your child’s educational journey. Please note that financial aid at Poly is solely based on need. We do not offer merit-based scholarships for academics, athletics, or arts.
For the 2023-2024 academic year, over 21% of the students share in more than $12,600,000 in financial aid.

Payment Options
We also offer three options for tuition payments so families can choose the one that works best for their budgeting. Payments are made via VC Pay (Veracross Pay).
Options for payment of 2024-2025 tuition and fees:
- Full tuition payment by June 3, 2024
- Semi-annual tuition payments: 50% due before June 3 and the balance due before December 3, 2024
- In ten monthly tuition payments from June 2024 – March 2025

Financial Aid
Financial aid is critical to Poly Prep’s mission, providing access to families who would not otherwise be able to afford tuition. Our Financial Aid program extends beyond the cost of tuition. We want all students, regardless of economic status, to have a full educational experience and take advantage of all that Poly Prep has to offer.
